Welcome to LIFT (Library & Information Focused Training). LIFT is a group of Department of Education Library Officers (L.O.s) who voluntarily facilitate skills sharing workshops for school L.O.s. We aim to make quality and relevant professional learning available to all L.O.s in Western Australian schools.
Important Informatoin
LIFT are no longer providing workshops. The former LIFT committee met in January 2022 to discuss some options for our future direction. We will take some time to investigate these and hope to reach a decision in the next few months. In the meantime, we encourage you to join, or perhaps even start, a local and/or LMS network group and to stay connected through the Let's Talk Library Facebook group. We wish you all a fantastic 2022, and for those starting the new year with a new LMS, we hope it all goes smoothly.
